As a commercial and residential cleaning company, Well Done Services provides a safe alternative in combating the pandemic virus, COVID- 19. With our staff and experience, we are prepared to be proactive in providing the safest workplace environment for our customer base by having a disinfectant service for our workplace environment. We understand that reopening your business and maintaining your business will require the correct sanitation and we have a plan that will fit everyone’s needs.

OUR PLAN

We are qualified and equipped with the required training and protocols to clean any facility affected by a pathogen outbreak.  In our cleaning processes, we only use disinfectants that have been deemed effective by the EPA’s Emerging Pathogen Standard.  While no cleaning products can claim to kill the particular strain of COVID-19, the fact that it is a new virus, our products meet the EPA’s standard and is likely effective against the virus, based on previous Coronavirus strains.

These products will be used in all areas of your clean but we will focus on High- frequency touch areas for disinfection application such as;

  • Light switches

  • Handrails

  • Elevator buttons

  • Door handles and entryway doors

  • Restroom faucets and dispensers

  • Phones, keyboards and mouse devices

We also are certified and approved by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC) to offer a disinfecting service for cleaning a facility where a COVID-19 infection has been confirmed. It is quite extensive, and will involve a full biohazard cleaning procedure which follows the guidelines of the GBAC. These additional procedures are mostly for the protection of our employees.  For example, when working in this situation, they wear full PPE gear, work in teams of three to monitor each other, and dispose of used cleaning products in specific ways that adhere to the GBAC.

At this time, we can do a deep cleaning for facilities that are not a current customer, but as the virus spreads and the demand for cleaning services increases, we must prioritize existing customers. The best way to make sure we can serve your needs is to sign up now for our janitorial cleaning service so we can become familiar with your facility and your cleaning needs.

Prevention

While we stand ready to assist any businesses affected by the Coronavirus to disinfect their facility, there are many preemptive steps facility managers can take on their own to reduce the risk to employees, members of the public, and anyone visiting your building.

Here is a list of things that you can start doing right now to make your facility safer:

Emphasize hand hygiene by all employees.

Instruct employees to wash hands frequently for 20 seconds using soap and water.

If possible, use no-touch dispensers for soap and paper towels.

Display hand hygiene posters near hand-washing areas (posters available from ServiceMaster).

Keep an adequate supply of cleaning products on hand.
Emphasize respiratory etiquette by all employees

Instruct employees to cover their mouth with a tissue, elbow, or shoulder when coughing or sneezing.

Provide tissues and no-touch trash cans for employees.

Perform routine environmental cleaning focused on high-touch surfaces.

At least once per day, clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces such as:

  • door handles

  • light switches

  • stair rails

  • elevator buttons

  • phones

  • microwaves

  • coffee stations

  • sink handles

  • water fountains

  • chair arms

  • shared workstations or learning materials

  • dining tables

Provide your employees with antiseptic wipes so that they can clean these areas during the day as they use them.

Encourage sick employees to stay home, separating and avoiding close contact with people who are sick.

Maintain flexible policies, consistent with public health guidance, that permit employees to stay home.

Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

Actively encourage employees who have symptoms of acute respiratory illness to stay home.

Additionally, any employees who are well but have a family member with COVID-19 should notify their supervisor and other employees in the workplace.
